It was instant obsession when I first laid eyes on The Estee Edit Gritty & Glow Magnetic Eye & Face Palettes. The textures looks so beautiful and you get two palettes that magnetically hold together. Love it! Here are the photos and all the shade swatches.
This is a pretty recent launch from The Estee Edit and I hear that it keeps selling out. I am not surprised because it is really cool and actually great value for money.
The Estee Edit Gritty & Glow Features
- Limited edition set of two magnetic palettes
- 12 ultra-soft, highly pearlised shades
- Silky-soft, creamy formulas
- Super blendable
So when I first saw these I thought they were two separate palettes. When I found out they came together I got very excited, especially as they click together with magnets.
Within The Estee Edit Gritty & Glow collection, there’s the Glow Face & Eye palette and the Gritty Eye Palette. I love them both but I am particularly obsessed with the Glow one … obviously!
The Estee Edit Gritty & Glow Palette Swatches
Before I start showing you swatches, I have to tell you that the quality of these shadows and highlighters is insane. They are so smooth and creamy, and each and every one is beautifully pigmented. Love them all!
Glow Face & Eye Palette
This palette of dreams contains six universal highlighter shades for cheeks and eyes:
- Snowlit – platinum
- 14k Glow – champagne
- 1st Light – soft pink
- Gleam – peachy pink
- Ray – golden bronze
- Beachy – burnished copper
Gritty Eye Palette
Six highly pigmented pearlised shadow:
- Swerve – a golden copper
- Riff – champagne rose gold
- Burn – burgundy bronze
- Wavy – dark emerald
- Mood – midnight black with subtle multi-sparkle pearls
- Trip – deep iridescent blue
These palettes really are totally gorgeous and if you like dramatic gleam and glimmer, you basically need them in your life. The pigmentation is far superior to the Kendall eyeshadow palette which I was a tiny bit disappointed with. So, if like me, you bought that one and were a bit put off Estee Edit shadows, don’t be. This duo is a complete winner.
And although I am not really a bold shadow kind of girl, Trip and Wavy really make me want to be! Every single shade in this set is beautiful. I am keeping it forever!
Now the trick is to actually find one! The only place I can find it to order online right now is HERE with shipping to the UK. I will update this post if and when I find more stock elsewhere. I think it will make the most amazing Christmas present. It is £44 and $58.
