Spring Beauty Edit

With Spring slowly starting to make an appearance I’ve taken the opportunity to clear out my current makeup bag and add in some new Spring inspired products. I’m such a creature of habit and tend to turn to the same products time and time again. But as we’re moving into a new season I really want to freshen up my look. So let me share with you all what’s in my Spring Beauty Edit:

 Spring Beauty Edit Really Ree

Spring Beauty -Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint

This is such a lovely formula for Spring. As a lightweight skin tint, it doesn’t slide over your face and is absorbed effortlessly into the skin for a gorgeous dewy glow. It’s made with Borage and Avocado Oils which helps to lock in moisture and gives the skin a nice amount of warmth and SPF 15 protection. I find the finish to be natural, long lasting and as it’s from the skincare gods that are Liz Earle, I feel it must be good for my skin! You can order it online HERE

Spring Beauty –Urban Decay Naked 3

I’m normally a dark smokey eye kind of a gal, but as we move into Spring time I really like to freshen up my makeup. I love adding pink and taupe tones using this palette – which is probably my favourite out of all the Naked palettes. I find it really brings out the green in my eyes and the quality of this palette means that the highly pigmented eyeshadows last all day on my lids. Find it online HERE

Spring Beauty – Benefit Hello Flawless Powder Foundation

This is one of my favourite powders to use. It gives a very natural glowy look either applied over your foundation of choice or on its own. Plus it comes with a mirror, sponge and brush so you can control the amount of coverage you want – brush for lighter coverage and sponge for heavier coverage. Find it to order online HERE

Spring Beauty Edit Nars Creamy Concealer

Spring Beauty –Nars Creamy Concealer

I’ve tried a LOT of concealers over the years as I suffer with dark circles. And it doesn’t seem to matter how much sleep I get each night, it never seems to be enough to shift the dark bags under my eyes. But this concealer is pretty amazing. It hides my imperfections, stays in place all day and highlights as well. Although the formula is thick, it blends very quickly and easily in the under eye area. Never tried it? Find it HERE

 Kate Moss Rimmel

Spring Beauty –Kate Moss For Rimmel Lipstick

Spring for me is all about nude lips. There’s just something so chic and effortless about a nude lipstick. And for me, my ideal nude is this one from the Kate Moss for Rimmel collection in shade 45. It’s a gorgeous pink nude which suits my cool skin undertone perfectly. The finish on these lipsticks is lovely and the rich and hydrating formula lasts for hours on the lips and the satin finish is not greasy at all. You can pick up shade 45 HERE

Spring Beauty –Bourjois Cream Blush

I love the cream blushes from Bourjois. This one in ‘Rose Tender’ gives you a lovely soft pink tone to the cheeks and is perfect for Spring. It lasts all day, glides onto the skin and makes it really easy to build the colour coverage you want. Find Rose Tender HERE

Spring Beauty Edit L'Oreal Infallible

Spring Beauty –L’Oreal Infallible Mega lip gloss

As well as a nude lip, it wouldn’t be Spring without a gorgeous gloss – and I love this one from L’Oreal in ‘Protest Queen’. It’s a lovely pale pink, nude colour that is my lips just better. The curves on the wand applicator allow it to hug your lips perfectly one way, and then define the cupids bow and line your lips if you use the wand the other way – which is just genius to me! The formula is light and not sticky at all and it’s incredibly moisturising.

Spring Beauty –Benefit Roller Lash

Ever since this mascara launched last year I’ve loved it. It really opens up the eyes without the need for eyelash curlers. It lengthens, adds volume and separates my lashes perfectly. Plus the lightweight formula means it won’t weigh your lashes down. Find Benefit Roller Lash Here for £19.50 or a sample size HERE for £12.85
