Nude by Nature ‘3 Minute Glow’ Review

I had seen Nude by Nature popping up in my local Debenhams and on some of my usual window-shopping websites and was incredibly curious. It has a similar aesthetic to Bare Minerals; easy, natural and fuss free. Excellent.

Nude by Nature is an Australian brand whose ethos is to create products that give “a beautiful, flawless look – but is also good for you”.  Formulated without all the bad bits (Silicon, talc and parabens to mention a few) you are left with a product that is packed full of natural and nature friendly ingredients. Nude by Nature is also 100% cruelty free and PETA verified… Hurrah.

And the best bit – the design has lust worthy rose gold accents… swoon!

Nude By Nature Sheer Glow BB Cream

The first product I was fortunate enough to try was their BB cream. I really enjoy BB creams especially now I am getting older and feel more comfortable in my skin. This claims to:

• Provide a light coverage that even outs skin tone
• Minimise the appearance of fine lines
• Luminous finish with a SPF 8.

I didn’t expect much coverage from the description but it really did even out my skin tone (I am very pinky) and I was super impressed. It was lightweight without a sticky or greasy texture and gave my skin a lovely boost of hydration and luminosity (it’s a lovely lit from within look not a horrible sparkle / glitter type as it appears when you first squirt it on to the hand).

I wouldn’t say this was a long-wearing product but I was very surprised by its staying power.

This is a great little easy product and its perfect for this time of year when the weather is cold but the sun is beginning to show a little more.

Nude by Nature Perfecting Concealer

I find concealers really tricky, as I am super pale I have incredibly darkness in my inner corner and the appearance of fine lines is my nemesis, but much like the BB Cream I was pleasantly surprised.

The perfecting concealer is said to instantly cover dark circles, disguise puffiness, hyper-pigmentation and blemishes.

And much like the BB cream it contains that same nature boosting ingredients: Kakadu Plum, Vitamin E, Jojoba and Shea Butter – all super hydrating.

When I first popped this on to the back of my had I instantly thought – YES. It had a very thick, but creamy texture so I knew the coverage would be great. It applied beautifully and left my under eye looking plumped and fresh. Although it didn’t knock out all of my darkness it did cancel out a lot. I set this with a loose powder and was good to go.

Nude By Nature – Allure Defining Mascara

When companies who are known for skincare and base products dabble in makeup I am slightly dubious – stick to what you know. I was so wrong. This is an incredible mascara.

The wand looks a bit vicious and can be tricky to get back into the tube BUT it is truly amazing.

Providing an intensified, lengthened and separated lashes in an instant – and it delivers on all counts. It also helps conditions lashes over use with Vitamin B5 as well as containing Candelilla Wax and Arabic Gum so the formula remains soft and allows for numerous coats – hello big lashes.

Best of all it doesn’t flake, go crispy, crumble or smudge without being waterproof and is super easy to remove without tugging at the lashes.

I am a mascara floozy with a few firm favourites and this has shot straight into this elite selection after just a week’s use. A great discovery.

Overall I am super impressed with these products by Nude by Nature and I will certainly be trying more from the range.
