There are two stunning face palettes in the NARS Summer 2019 edit and I have them here to show you. Check out my photos, swatches and thoughts on the Summer Lights palette and the Hot Nights Palette.
So far, I have been using Summer Lights non stop. It is such a brilliant all in one compact and the shades are so easy to use. I’ve literally been using the new NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Cushion, Summer Lights and then In Love with Olivia from Charlotte Tilbury on lips and cheeks, and I keep getting compliments. It always surprises me because it’s such a minimal effort look!
NARS Summer 2019 Face Palette Swatches
Both of these limited edition palettes swatched beautifully and it is hard to pick a favourite. I have been going with the Summer Lights palette because it’s more of a daytime vibe (intentionally) and I haven’t been doing much in the evenings since I’ve had this collection.
Both palettes have four eyeshadows and a bronzer and highlighter. All the formulas are soft and creamy and such a delight to use.

Hot Nights Palette Swatches
The texture of both these palettes is exceptional. I absolutely love how easy they are to apply and blend. They are smooth, creamy, and very skin flattering. All the shades are super pigmented, but still really easy to work with because they almost blend themselves!
If you were on the hunt for an all in one palette for summer, then I couldn’t recommend Summer Lights enough. And if you like something a little smokier, then go for Hot Nights. It’s divine.
The compacts have brilliant-sized mirrors, and you can pretty much do your whole makeup in them, so they are great for travel.
