I love a bit of Melvita and with the sun finally getting his hat on, I thought that now would be a good time to tell you about Melvita Nectar Bright UV Shield Sunscreen SPF 15.

Melvita Nectar Bright UV Shield Suncreen SPF15 Review
This product is part of Melvita’s brand new Nectar Bright Collection which is launching in May 2013. The full range includes:
  • Brightening Essence £29
  • Brightening Cream £36
  • UV Shield Sunscreen £25
  • Brightening Exfolitation Mask £27
The range is all about achieving an even toned luminous complexion through correction, prevention and protection. Sounds good to me. Nectar Bright contains active ingredients to tackle pigmentation, dark spots and premature ageing.
For me, the most important part of skincare is prevention though protection – and I am talking about the major aggressor, the sun! It is so important to protect your skin from UVA and UVB rays, because, let’s be frank, it doesn’t matter how much money and time you spend on anti-ageing skincare, it can all be undone with a few hours in the sun. Sorry but it’s true!
This is where Melvita Nectar Bright UV Shield Suncreen comes in. I am never in the sun for prolonged periods, but I still like to know that my skin is protected from any incidental exposure.

You can apply Melvita Nectar Bright UV Shield on top of your usual moisturer, and its natural mineral sunscreens will help to defend your skin against UV radiation.
The formula is lovely and light, blends in really easily and leaves a lovely subtle luminous finish on the skin. My makeup applies really nicely on top.
The Melvita Nectar Bright range launches in May 2013, the UV Shield Sunscreen costs £25.
