Jo Malone have done it again! Say hello to the super gorgeous Blackberry and Bay!

Here is Jo Malone’s inspiration for Blackberry and Bay:

“Childhood memories of blackberry picking…
stained lips, sticky palms. a burst of deep,
tart blackberry juice and sparkling grapefruit,
blending with the freshness of just-gathered bay.
Softened with delicate flowers. Resting on
a brambly base of vetiver and cedarwood.
Vibrant and verdant.”
How beautiful does that sounds?

And can confirm that it smells just as beautiful! It is very Jo Malone, but there is something very different about it too. Every time I smell it, I smell something different in it.

It is fresh and fruity but not too fruity, and very delicately floral too, The base notes of vetiver and cedarwood add a gorgeous softness and depth to it. It is really very lovely.
The launch was amazing too. It was picnic themed and we were spoilt with picnic baskets and lemonade, and looked after with hot water bottles and cashmere blankets. Utterly delightful!
