I wrote a  post in November about a skin supplement called help: clear skin.
help: clear skin is a 100% natural and clinically proven skin supplement that helps to clear acne, spots and blemishes within 6 weeks. The soluble formula can simply be added to your favourite soft drink and taken twice a day for best results.

As a result of that post, one of my best friends volunteered to do a proper trial of help: clear skin to see whether it could improve the condition of her skin and then we could tell you all about it.

Lucy has suffered with her skin for as long as she can remember and it has at times had serious effect on her confidence and self esteem, particularly when she was younger.

Lucy tried lots of different remedies but to no avail and so we thought it would be really interesting to try out this product from Works With Water.

Now brave Lucy has agreed to show you some ‘before’ photos so you can really judge for yourselves whether this product is as effective as we hope. So here are a couple of shots:

Now her spots aren’t terrible by any standards. Most people’s skin doesn’t look perfect without a scrap of makeup, but Lucy would love to improve the general condition of her skin. Let’s hope that help: clear skin can do that for her.

Lucy is going to start today and I will be giving you regular updates of her progress.

Please check back to see how Lucy is getting on.

Now a lot of girls won’t open the door without makeup, let alone allow images of their naked faces to be plastered all over the internet, so I just have to say a big thanks to lovely Lucy for wholeheartedly and unreservedly taking part. She really is a brilliant friend!

Lucy understands what an important role your skin has to play in self image so she is happily playing the guinea pig for the world to see. You have to take your hat off to that!

What’s your experience of how the condition of your skin has affected you? Lucy and I would love to hear your stories.

Can’t wait to hear from you
