I use micellar waters a lot and recently I have been using the Embryolisse Micellar Lotion. Now this isn’t new, but it is soon to launch at Boots along with a couple of other products so I thought it might be useful to highlight it.

Embryolisse Micellar Lotion Review

I love to use a micellar water to remove my makeup before I cleanse and this one does a great job off cleaning everything off without stripping my skin. I have actually been keeping this bottle on a little table near where I sit in the evenings and have been using it to do a lot of the leg work in getting ready for bed, before I actually go up and start getting my pamper on.

A couple of cotton pads soaked with this takes up all colour and pretty much all my eyemakep, although it needs a little bit more work if I have been wearing a lot of black around my eyes.

Embryolisse Micellar Lotion Features

Embryolisse Micellar Lotion Review
  • Very gentle & suitable for even sensitive skins
  • Contains gentle cleansing agents
  • Solution uses cornflower, camomile and witch-hazel water
  • Glycerin softens, soothes and tones the skin
  • Gentle on the eye area

It is super cooling and refreshing to use and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It’s a perfect one step cleanser for the morning, or as I have already discussed, a brilliant first step in a deep cleanse routine.

Embryolisse Micellar Lotion is £15.99 for 250ml. It will be launching into Boots soon along with the Embryolisse Radiant Eye Cream and the Boots exclusive Embryolisse Anti-Fatigue lotion. It is great to see all the French pharmacy brands having a strong presence in the UK high street.

    1. they are pretty similar. The Bioderma is slightly more effective on eye makeup I think but this one has more skincare ingredients and leaves my skin feeling more hydrated. Hope that helps xxx
