Charlotte Tilbury The Retoucher Review with Before & After Photos

I went along to Charlotte Tilbury’s Ibiza Sirens Spring Summer 2014 launch last week and was introdruced to a product I hadn’t tried before from the original line up, the Charlotte Tilbury Retoucher. It was love at first sight (of it on my face!).

Now I knew I was going to love this because I actually saw lovely Ruth from A Model Recommends apply it in the bathroom at Liberty’s after we’d been to the Cafe and it literally just lit up and woke up her face (not that she needed much!).

Here’s a closer look.

I have Charlotte Tilbury The Retoucher in shade 2 Fair, which I’d imagine will suit lots of skin tones as it’s great to go a touch lighter when concealing darkness around the eyes. And just to be clear, this is a concealer. It looks a lot of like Touche Eclat but is quite different. Touche Eclat is a a highlighter, whereas the Retoucher is a concealer. But never fear glow lovers, there’s plenty of lovely light reflectiveness in there too!

I applied Charlotte Tilbury The Retoucher in shade 2 straight from the pen:

And then I blended it in with my finger:

I absolutely love how it perfects, conceals and brightens! It is probably one of the loveliest concealers I’ve ever used. Charlotte does know her stuff!!
