I’m afraid I know nearly next to nothing about this new launch from Armani but that doesn’t mean I am not beside myself wondering! Armani Luminous Silk is one of my favourite foundations ever and so the idea of the upcoming Armani Maestro Glow Foundation is beyond exciting! There’s also the Armani Maestro UV Skin Defence Primer SPF50.

I spotted this photo on instagram from Milly Almodovar Thompson who is the senior beauty director at Cosmo for Latinas. She has clearly had quite a preview as there’s no evidence of the new products in the UK at all yet. My eyes popped out of my head when I saw it!

From what I can gather, Armani Maestro Glow Foundation is a bi-phase product (exciting) that you need to shake up before application. From the name I’m imagining that it’s a dewy finish (I hope so) but that’s is pretty much all I know. Maestro technology is pretty impressive, so I am sure it will bring something new in terms of pigment and application.

The other news is that there’s a new primer coming too – the Armani Maestro UV Skin Defence Primer SPF50. I am obsessed with high factor protection so literally cannot wait to try this. Again I’m predicting that Maestro technology will be doing something special with sunscreen. Yes!

Armani Maestro Glow Foundation and Armani Maestro UV Skin Defence Primer SPF50 are set to launch in February 2016. I am waiting with baited breath! Find Armani at Selfridges.
