When I discovered this candle I did a little cartwheel in my head because… baby powder… the memories! In case you haven’t met, let me introduce you to the Anya Hindmarch Baby Powder Candle.

There is something so nostalgic about the scent of this candle. It is reminiscent of smelling a baby‘s neck and appreciating how innocent and brand new they are. It is clean and fresh yet super comforting.
What notes are in the Anya Hindmarch Baby Powder Candle?

So this candle reminds me of baby powder without it actually smelling just like baby powder, if you know what I mean? It is more of the essence and idea. It’s about that new baby smell. To create this, the candle uses a blend of notes in this soft oriental scent:
- Bergamot
- Italian mandarin
- Rose petal
- French violet leaf
- Heliotrope
- Benjoin Siam
- Vanilla
- Venezuelan tonka bean
- Musk
Bergamot is one of my favourite notes because I find it really uplifting, so it brings back baby memories in a lovely optimistic way, as opposed to sleepless nights and new baby anxiety!! It’s like the rose-tinted take on new motherhood. It’s always best to remember the good bits!

The Anya Hindmarch candles are made from the finest raw ingredients and hand-poured in England. I LOVE the packaging! Baby Powder comes in a heavy black glass jar with a sticker that says, ‘I love it! What is it?’. It’s striking and cute.
Where can you buy Baby Powder and How Much is it?
The candle is £50 (burn time is 30 – 40 hours) and it is available now at Cult Beauty with free shipping (you could still order it in time for Mother’s Day!).
